Dear Michael D'Mello (MGS):
Thank you for your email response today as well as your kind suggestions back in June of 2005.
I have reread the probate of my Aunt Phoebe's last will and testament in
which I am named as her sole trustee and executor. The will authorized the
cremation of her remains and the ashes placed in the "Ross Family Vault at
Waterdown, Ontario".
In addition, I have kept four of her handwritten instructions (dated January
13 of 1965, November 15 of 1965, February 1 of 1967, and January 10 of 1971)
which she gave to me when she was preparing for operations at the Toronto
General Hospital. Each of these makes specific reference to our "family
vault at Waterdown" and, as her sole executor, there should be no problem in
proving my claim to be the sole Interment Rights Holder (IRH). Her ashes
represent the last legitimate interment in the mausoleum to this date. I
shall have this confirmed by a lawyer on Tuesday, November 27.
