The office of the Regional Supervising Coroner Niagara has informed me that a request from the Cemeteries Regulation Office is necessary if their office is to become involved in addressing my request.

I agree that the Cemeteries Regulation Office of Ontario is not the place where I would submit the request for the investigations outlined in the attached letters. Logically, Dr. David S. Eden, Regional Supervising Coroner Niagara might assign a local coroner from Hamilton to work with Steve Clarke (who is in charge of the West End Cemeteries under the direction of Peter Christie, the Superintendent of Cemeteries at the office of the Hamilton Cemetery Board). I trust that everyone will follow the correct protocol after Dr. Eden receives the permission of your office to proceed.

My involvement to restore the McGregor Ross Mausoleum in the Pioneer Section of the Old Union Cemetery in Waterdown, Ontario, awaits your assistance.
