The first photograph, that of William Ross (A5), was sent by his great-granddaughter Ruth (Woods) Harris (A5B1B) and it was included in the Christmas newsletter for 1999.

The second picture, that of Margaret Jane (Ross) Foster (A7), was mailed to us by Dorothy Fern (Wilson) Larsen (A7D1) on June 24, 1980, and it was included in the newsletter for 2000. The picture was taken in Redvers, Saskatchewan, circa 1920. John Foster's first wife was Sarah Hart with whom he had four children. Following the death of his wife and eldest son, he married Margaret and, in 1902, they moved west from the Uxbridge area to Brainerd, Minnesota, but settled in Redvers in April of 1909.
