NEWSLETTERS: 1984 INTERNATIONAL PLOUGHING MATCH
In the days before my "hand scanner", the 1983 Christmas newsletter contained a zeroxed copy of a picture advertising the 1984 International Ploughing Match and Farm Machinery Show to be held [September 25 to 29 of 1984] on a 945 site south of Harriston. Ontario, on the farm of the hosts, John Donald "Jack" Ross (G5D) and Jessie Florence Ross (A3B5). Their 1983 Christmas card to me included the photo above, which shows them wearing Wellington County's "Official Dress" for the occasion. |
